underwhelming stay despite initial appeal

frustrating systemsmall pictures

the grounds looked immaculate at first glance, but the qr code ordering system was frustrating. i needed my phone to scan and see the drinks menu after a swim. when it didn't work, staff had to get a tablet with small pictures and one-line descriptors. this system made ordering lunch and dinner difficult and inquiring about allergens or spice levels required calling a waiter.
